Congratulations, your CircleDNA journey is ready to begin. Here are the steps to follow:

Step 1: Activate and Collect Your Sample

Start by downloading the Circle App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Once you’ve created your account, follow the steps to activate your kit before collecting your sample.

Step 2. Return Your Sample to the Lab

Great job on completing your sample! Next, send it to our lab in Hong Kong for analysis. Choose the guide that matches your courier for return instructions:

• Returning with SF Express (Hong Kong)
  
• Return with FedEx
• Return with DHL
• Return with UPS (Philippines)

Step 3: View Your Results & Take the Next Step

Once your results are ready, we’ll send you a notification through the app. You’ll then be able to access your personalized DNA insights and book your genetic consultation if included with your kit.
