Key Reminders

Your sample must be returned from the same country or region where your kit was delivered.
Before returning your sample, please activate your kit using the CircleDNA mobile app.
Once sealed in the collection tube with the stabilizing solution, your sample remains stable for up to 3 months, even at temperatures between -20ºC to 50ºC (-4ºF to 122ºF). Still, we encourage returning it as soon as possible.
CircleDNA is not responsible for return shipping costs if you use a courier service independently without prior approval. We are unable to provide refunds for such expenses.
Philippines customers: An Export Declaration fee of PHP 220–240 may be charged at drop-off. If you are charged, please email your receipt to [email protected] for reimbursement.
For orders with fewer than four kits, only one set of airway bills is provided. Need extras? Contact [email protected].

1. Preparing Your Sample for Shipment

Ensure your kit is activated before returning it
After sample collection, place the sealed test tube into the specimen bag, then into the white DNA Collection Kit box
Each collection box should contain only one sample

2. Returning Your Sample via UPS

You have two convenient return options:

Option 1: Drop-Off at a UPS Station

Locate your nearest UPS Access Point, UPS Store, or authorized drop-off location
Package your sample securely using the provided return materials
Inform UPS staff you’re returning a sample that includes plastic tube(s)
The staff will assist with the drop-off process

Option 2: Schedule a UPS Pickup

Email [email protected] with the following details:

UPS tracking number
Your full name
Pickup address
Contact number
Email address
Preferred pickup date and time

We’ll schedule a UPS pickup at your location. On the scheduled date, have your packaged sample ready for collection by the UPS driver.

3. What Happens Next?

Track your shipment using your UPS tracking number at UPS.com
Once your sample reaches our lab, registration takes up to 3 business days
You’ll receive a notification in the CircleDNA app once registration is complete
Your personalized DNA report will be ready in approximately 18 business days

You can view the progress of your sample anytime in the CircleDNA app.
