Activating your kit is a crucial step—it ensures your DNA sample is correctly linked to your account, allowing our lab to process it and deliver your personalized results.

Please note: Your sample cannot be processed unless your kit is activated. By registering your unique 14-digit barcode, we can accurately identify and analyze your DNA.

Step-by-Step Activation Guide

1. Download the Circle App

Scan the QR code found inside the white CircleDNA box, or visit download.circledna.com to download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Log In or Create an Account

New to CircleDNA? Tap “Create Account” and register with a valid email address.

Already have an account? Log in to continue.

3. Activate Your Kit

Once logged in, tap “Activate Kit” and follow the on-screen instructions.
 

4. Enter Your Barcode

Scan the 14-digit barcode on your test tube using your phone’s camera

Or manually enter the barcode number (numbers only, no hyphens), also found on your collection kit
 

5. Complete Your Profile

Fill in the required information, such as your age and gender, to help personalize your DNA insights.

Step-by-Step Activation Guide (Multiple Kits)

If you have more than one CircleDNA test kit to activate under the same account, you may follow the steps below. This allows you to manage multiple profiles and DNA reports for yourself and your loved ones, all in one place.

1. Log in to the CircleDNA app

Open the CircleDNA mobile app and log in to your account.

2. Create a new profile for the additional kit

Tap the profile icon in the top left corner

Select Switch Profile

Tap Add new

Enter the required profile information as prompted.

3. Activate the kit

Under the new profile, select Activate Kit, then scan or manually enter the barcode on the test tube.

4. Repeat if you have more kits

For each additional test kit, simply create another new profile and activate the kit under that profile.
