Important Note

Your full CircleDNA report is only available through the Circle App. The website account is mainly for tracking orders and referral rewards.

How You’ll Be Notified

Once your sample has been processed, you’ll receive an email and app notification letting you know your results are ready.

How to View Your CircleDNA Results

You can access your complete report through the CircleDNA mobile app.

Open the Circle App on your mobile device
Log in using your registered email address
Tap your profile to access your available reports
Explore your insights across categories such as health, nutrition, fitness, ancestry, and more

Can’t See Your Report?

If your report appears to be missing, you may be logged into a different profile within your CircleDNA account.

To switch profiles:

Log in to the Circle App using your email address
Tap the profile icon in the upper-left corner
Select "Switch Profile" to view other profiles linked to your account

This should help you access the correct report.
