Thank you for taking the next step in your DNA journey! To ensure your sample is processed smoothly and without delay, please review the important return instructions below:
1. Return From the Same Country
Send your sample back from the country where your kit was delivered.
Activate your kit in the Circle App before returning it to link the sample to your account.

2. Understanding Your Prepaid Shipping Materials
Return shipping is prepaid and complimentary for CircleDNA customers.
Do not use your own courier without CircleDNA’s approval, as shipping costs cannot be refunded.
If your order includes fewer than four kits, you’ll receive one set of return documents. Up to four white boxes can be shipped in one envelope.

3. Preparing Your Sample for Return
Once you’ve collected your sample, place the sealed test tube into the specimen bag

If returning multiple kits, you can include up to four white boxes in a single envelope

5. When Should I Return My Sample?
We recommend to send your sample back as soon as possible after collection.
Store it at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
Your sample is stable for up to 3 months in the provided solution, even in temperatures from -20ºC to 50ºC (-4ºF to 122ºF).
6. What Happens After You Return It?
Once your sample arrives at our lab:
It takes up to 3 business days to register your sample
Your Circle App will be updated as soon as registration is complete
Your DNA analysis and results typically take 18 business days to process
Once ready, you’ll receive a notification in the Circle App with access to your personalized report
