What is your 30-Day Risk-Free Trial?

Our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial is designed to ensure that you are satisfied with CircleDNA Premium. As a first-time buyer, we are confident that our product will provide valuable insights into your health - both now and in the future - so much so that you will want to keep this handy information available beyond 30 days.

When does my Risk-Free Trial period begin?

Your Risk-Free Trial period begins on the day you receive your DNA results. You will also receive an email notification when your results are ready.

Do I have to pay for your service in full before I try the CircleDNA test?

Yes, payment must be made in full upon purchase. However, as long as you request a refund within 30 days (check eligibility below), we will return the full amount charged.

How do I become eligible for a refund?

We will be sad to see you go. Please refer to the conditions below to qualify for a refund:

• Completion of consultation provided by our team of Genetic counsellors
• You are seeking a refund for the CircleDNA Premium product.
• The refund is requested within 30 days of receiving your CircleDNA results.

Important Notes:

The Risk-Free Trial is NOT available for Premium kits purchased via third-party retailers. To qualify, your CircleDNA Premium kit must be purchased directly through our website with a valid order number (globalxxx...).

For customers who purchased Premium kits with a “Buy 1 Get 1” offer, eligibility for a full refund of your entire order requires the completion of Genetic consultations for both Premium kits.

Example: If you purchased 2 Premium kits but only completed the Genetic consultation for 1 kit, only a partial refund (equivalent to the value of 1 kit) will be issued.

Once the above conditions have been satisfied, please email [email protected] with your full name and order number. Please allow 3 business days for your application to be processed, you will then receive a confirmation email. For more information, please refer to our terms and conditions. 

Please note that your account/ report will be removed from the database if you wish to exercise this policy.

*Exclusions apply: The Risk-Free Trial may not be applicable for Premium kits purchased on special offers during sales periods. Please refer to the specific sales campaign directly for refund/ cancellation eligibility.
