Returning with SF Express (HK)

Key Guidelines

Return your sample from the same country or region where your kit was delivered.
Before sending it back, make sure to activate your kit in the CircleDNA mobile app.
Once your sample is mixed with the stabilizer solution in the collection tube, it remains stable for up to 3 months, even across a wide temperature range (-20ºC to 50ºC / -4ºF to 122ºF). However, we encourage you to return it as soon as possible for timely processing.
Do not arrange independent courier returns without approval. CircleDNA will not cover or refund shipping costs for unauthorized return shipments.
For orders with fewer than four kits, only one return envelope and airway bill will be provided. You may return up to four kits per envelope. Need extra return materials? Email us at [email protected].

1. Preparing Your Sample for Return

Ensure your kit is activated using the CircleDNA app.
After collecting your sample, place the sealed tube into the specimen bag, then into the white DNA Collection Kit box.
Only one sample should be placed in each collection box.

2. How to Return Your Sample via SF Express

Use the provided return envelope and follow one of the two options below:

Option A: With a Provided Airway Bill

Attach the return shipping label to the original shipment box
Drop off the package at any SF Express Business Station or Store
Or call SF Express at 2730 0273 to schedule a pickup

Option B: Without an Airway Bill

No return label? No problem. You can still return your sample using SF Express’s Pay by Receiver service.

This address is for SF Express returns only. Call 2730 0273 to arrange a pickup if needed.

Please do not select Hangzhou SF Intra-City (順豐同城) for return shipments, as it is not our designated courier partner. Any returns sent via this service will be entirely at your own expense. Furthermore, shipments sent with the "pay by receiver" option will be refused and returned to the sender without exception.

If your return envelope is damaged, you can request a new one from the courier upon collection.

3. After You Return Your Sample

Track your shipment using the tracking link provided by SF Express
Once your sample arrives at our lab, registration takes up to 3 business days
You’ll receive a notification in the Circle App once registration is complete
Your DNA will then be analyzed, and your results will be ready in approximately 18 business days

You can follow your sample’s progress and lab processing status directly through the Circle mobile app.

1. 為樣本回郵程序作準備

在準備樣本回郵程序前，請確保您已於CircleDNA手機應用程式內啟動樣本。

採集樣本後，請將樣本密封在樣本袋中，然後放進套裝內的白色「DNA Collection Kit」盒子中。
請在白色「DNA Collection Kit」盒上填寫您需要歸還的樣本之14位數字條碼（如下圖所示）。每個「DNA Collection Kit」盒內只能擺放一個樣本。
您只需交回白色「DNA Collection Kit」盒，不需交回黑色/彩色硬盒。
我們建議您盡早安排寄回樣本。

2. 安排樣本回郵

您可透過透過順豐速遞交回樣本

將測試包放進原有的紙箱內。
如您在同一訂單中訂購了多於一個Circle測試套裝，您將只會收到一套回郵文件/運單，您可以該運單寄回所有樣本。

3. 下一步

當您的樣本送抵我們的實驗室後，我們團隊需要最多 3個工作天註冊樣本。完成註冊後，您將會在Circle手機應用程式中收取首次樣本狀態更新，而您的結果將於此更新後的約18個工作天內發出。您可以直接透過Circle手機應用程式隨時查看樣本的狀態更新。
