Once your CircleDNA order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days from our warehouse.

Delivery Timeframes

For Hong Kong Customers

• Delivery via SF Express

• Estimated arrival: 1–3 business days after dispatch

For International Customers

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7–14 business days

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 4–7 business days (available in selected regions/countries)

Note: Customs processing delays may occur when leaving Hong Kong or entering your country.
