Can I Use One CircleDNA Account for My Family?Updated 2 months ago

Yes! With the CircleDNA app, you can conveniently manage multiple DNA kits and profiles under a single account—perfect for families or anyone helping loved ones on their wellness journey.


Using One Account for Multiple People

You can use the same login credentials to:

  • Activate and manage multiple test kits

  • Store individual DNA profiles

  • Access results for each person

  • Book genetic consultations for family members

Each profile remains separate within the app, but everything is easily accessible through one shared account.


How to Add a New Profile & Activate Additional Kits:

  1. Log into the Circle App

  2. Tap the profile icon (top-left corner)

  3. Select “Switch Profile”

  4. Tap “Add New”

  5. Follow the instructions to activate the new kit using the barcode

Once complete, you’ll be able to view and manage multiple CircleDNA reports—all in one place.


Prefer Separate Accounts?

If a family member prefers to keep their results private, they’re welcome to create their own CircleDNA account using a different email address.
