Log in to your CircleDNA account at account.circledna.com, and go to the “Referral Programme” tab. Under “My Code Details,” you’ll find your referral code and can enter or update your PayPal email address.

5. How can my friends use my referral code?
At checkout, your friend should enter your referral code in the “Gift card or discount code” box and click “Apply” to see the discounted total.

6. What happens if my friend forgets to use my referral code?
Unfortunately, the reward can only be issued if the referral code was used at checkout. Missed codes cannot be applied retroactively.

7. Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No, there’s no limit—refer as many people as you like! Your code can be used multiple times, and you’ll earn a reward for each successful referral.

8. Do referral codes expire?
No, your referral code has no expiry date.

9. Can multiple referral or promo codes be used together?
No. Only one referral code or one promo code can be used per order, not both.

10. How will I know if I’ve earned a reward?
You’ll receive an email notification when someone uses your code and when your reward is sent. You can also track your referral status in your account dashboard account.circledna.com. .

11. What do the reward status terms mean?

• Completed - Your reward has been sent to the PayPal account associated with the email address you submitted in your dashboard.
• In Progress - Your referral is completed, and your reward is currently being processed. You will have a 30-day window to create the CircleDNA account (if you haven’t already) and submit your PayPal account email address in your dashboard.
• Unsuccessful - You do not qualify for the reward this time, this can be due to the order being cancelled/ refunded, OR you were unable to confirm your PayPal account within the 30-day window.

12. How long does it take to receive the reward?
Your PayPal reward will be sent within 30 days, as long as the referred order isn’t cancelled/refunded and your PayPal email has been submitted.
