Yes, CircleDNA Premium includes testing for MTHFR, COMT, MTR, and MTRR, but not AHCY.

• MTHFR: We test the two key variants C677T and A1298C in the Nutrition panel, which are linked to folic acid needs. We also check for MTHFR deficiency carrier status in the Family Planning panel. Selected variants appear in the Disease Risk panel, covering conditions such as stroke, early onset myocardial infarction, and hyperhomocysteinemia.

• MTR and MTRR: Selected variants are included in the Disease Risk panel, particularly for cardiovascular and homocysteine-related conditions.

• COMT: This gene is part of polygenic models for traits like stress tolerance, stress-induced obesity, vitamin B12 and B6 needs, pain sensitivity, strength profile, creativity, and educational attainment.
